PUEBLO, Colo. (April 25, 2017)- American Bucking Bull Inc. (ABBI) and United Bucking Bulls Inc. (UBBI) announced today that the rest of the 2017 UBBI Open Futurity events will be co-sanctioned with ABBI.
"Were always interested in finding ways to add more value to our events for our membership," stated Randy Schmutz, general manager of the UBBI. "Now our members with ABBI registered bulls can take advantage of our co-sanctioned futurity events! It's a win, win for everybody!"
ABBI Futurity Points determine which animals will earn regular season bonuses and awards and it is also how animals qualify for the ABBI World Finals in Las Vegas.All UBBI Futurity events from this point forward in the season will be co-sanctioned and it will be the ABBI’s standard $50 co-sanctioning fee if a contractor wants his UBBI results to count toward the animal’s ABBI standings.
"We have been actively trying to work with as many organizations as possible this year in order to benefit our members," said ABBI Executive Director Jay Daugherty. "We have many stock contractors who also compete with UBBI, so this is a way those registered animals can also earn points with us and it makes it so our members have more places and dates to compete that fit their schedule."
